Mussoorie

Mussoorie is one of the most popular hill stations in Uttarakhand and also one of the best weekend getaways from Delhi. It was founded by a British official in 1820 who along with other Britishers used to use this destination as a summer getaway. The pleasant weather lures hundreds of tourists to this tranquil and scenic hill station. Apart from being a hub for nature-loving, honeymoon couples, adventure-seeking or heat escaping tourists this ‘Queen of the Hills’ is also known for its excellent educational institutions.
